The scheme provides for rent subsidies for the first year of resettlement of those being repatriated and/or those returning to Cyprus, who rent houses, irrespective of whether they are displaced persons or not. The amount of the rent subsidy is the same, as fixed in the first category of the current Table of Rent Subsidies, which is in force for Refugees and Adversely Affected. The scheme provides for rent subsidies for the first year of resettlement of those being repatriated and/or those returning to Cyprus, who rent houses, irrespective of whether they are displaced persons or not and the amount of the subsidy depends on the number of family members as per following table:

Three person family	C£81 per month
Four or Five person family	C£95 per month
Six or more person family	C£108 per month
